ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Pricing and Services

Thank you for your interest in catering services at Lime Rock Park. We provide a wide range of menus, styles and locations to help you find the perfect option. Included with all of our menu prices are our Event Coordination Services. 

All of our services are subject to the following (unless otherwise noted):

  • 6.35% Connecticut Sales Tax

  • 7.35% Food Tax on all Food Beverage Items

  • 25% Service Charge {Not A Gratuity Charge}

  • $75.00 Bar Service Charge will be added to all functions that require alcoholic beverage services. 


Events on-site include a selection of good quality paper or plastic products, silverware, glassware, etc. 
China/Glassware is available for an additional fee.

Events on-site that require linen will be charged accordingly for a nominal fee.

All menu pricing is subject to market price fluctuations. This does not happen often. In the odd chance that an item has changed price, you will be offered a choice of a substitution for the menu item or an increase in price.

All sample menus are based on a per-person count. 


A guest-count guarantee must be provided 72 hours prior to your function date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Within 72 hours of your function, no guest-count reduction is allowed; increases will be given consideration.

 

Beer, Wine and Spirits are available, with no minimum bar bill required to open the bar.

Financial Arrangements

  1. “Lime Rock Park LLC” will charge "Client” according to prices set forth on mutually agreed upon said amount based on estimated guest count. “Manager “will provide food and service for (number of attendees) provided by the client at time of the signing of catering aggrement and a confirmed number of attendees 72 hours prior to function. 

  2. Payment schedule: “Lime Rock Park LLC” requires 50% deposit on all invoices that exceed $5000.00 for catering total. Payable by cash, check, bank transfer or credit card at time of signing contact/agreement. Balance is due 48 hours prior to function with no exceptions. 

  3. Client reserves the right to adjust number of attendees by any means PRIOR to the 72 hours, any changes of guarantee after this point will be strictly considered by “Lime Rock Park LLC”.

  4. Both Client and Manager shall have the right to cancel any of the services requested, at no cost to Manager or Client, by giving written notice not less than 5 days prior notice of function date.
